- Support the implementation and ongoing maturity of an enterprise-wide Process Excellence Framework.
- Develop, review and maintain business process architecture, value chains, process hierarchies and process repositories.
- Facilitate workshops to capture, analyse and redesign business processes.
- Lead current-state and future-state process modelling activities using BPMN standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance customer, employee and operational outcomes.
- Establish and maintain process governance, standards, methodologies and controls.
- Support business transformation, service design and operating model initiatives.
- Conduct process maturity assessments and provide recommendations for uplift.
- Develop process-related guidance materials, templates, training resources and documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Support benefits realisation and performance measurement activities linked to process improvement initiatives.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Business Architecture environments.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process analysis and process redesign.
- Proven capability developing As-Is and To-Be process models using BPMN standards.
- Experience establishing or supporting process governance frameworks and process maturity initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical improvement opportunities.
- Experience working within large and complex organisations.
- Excellent written communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience working within government, utilities, financial services, transport, infrastructure or other large enterprise environments.
- Experience with BPM tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Blueworks, Holocentric, Visio or similar.
- Exposure to Business Architecture, Capability Mapping, Value Chains or Operating Model design.
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Business Analysis or Continuous Improvement certifications.
- Experience supporting customer experience, service design or organisational transformation programs.
