Job Description

Nesco Resource is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly / Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Elyria, Ohio. This position involves assembling parts and components, inspecting finished products, and assisting with daily production operations.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to production specifications.

• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.

• Follow production instructions and safety guidelines.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Steel-toe shoes may be required.
