Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment within bulk out loading and wheat intake areas
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished product
- Conduct basic quality checks and follow production requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures, SOPs, and WHS requirements
- Support general production and site operations as required
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or grain handling environments (preferred)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow procedures and take direction
- Competitive pay rate of $31–$32/hour
- Stable day shift work
