Senior Finance & Operations Director (6-month FTC)

EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a global organization in its search for a Senior Finance & Operations Director to join their EMEA leadership team on a 6-month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established international business during a period of organizational change, providing experienced leadership, continuity and stability across a broad Finance & Operations function.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be a key member of the regional leadership team, overseeing Finance, Logistics, IT and PMO.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business continues to operate effectively during an important leadership transition.

This role isn't about driving large-scale transformation from day one. Instead, we're looking for a commercially astute leader who can quickly build credibility, support an established leadership team and maintain momentum across the region while a permanent appointment is made.

Senior Finance & Operations Director | 6-Month Contract | Amsterdam

We're keen to speak with senior finance leaders who can demonstrate:

• Executive-level leadership experience within international organizations

• A strong background across finance, operations and business partnering

• Experience leading sizeable, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple countries

• The ability to influence at Board and Executive level while remaining hands-on when required

• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on people, communication and operational excellence

The opportunity:

• 6-month contract

• Senior leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager

• Broad regional remit across Finance & Operations
