QUALIFICATIONS

- Position is remote, prefer candidates be on Eastern or Central time zone.
- Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, cables) but they may need to use a personal device to attend at the start of training. This will depend on arrival of equipment.
- Must have high-speed, broadband internet service with the following speeds:

Training Schedule
Starting Monday October 12, 2026
Monday through Friday
8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (assuming a 1-hour, unpaid lunch)
2-week trainingAfter Training
Standard Hours of Operation: 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (might be some flexibility on Refund Specialist start and end times, depending on performance)
8.5-hour total shift including a 30-minute, unpaid lunch (8-hour workday)
Rep will work their standard schedule Monday through Friday (40-hour workweek)
Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required.
Do not need to be licensed.
One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims industry experience preferred. Candidates need to be quick decision makers and be able to work in fast paced environment.
