As the business brings domestic operations in-house and continues to expand internationally, it is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to help build the financial and operational infrastructure required to support scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Co-Founder, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading both the financial and operational performance of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys operating across finance, operations and strategy. While the role retains full responsibility for finance, forecasting, cash flow and governance, it also extends into operational leadership, systems, supply chain visibility, inventory management and business process improvement.
Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, the successful candidate will help build the structure, discipline and scalability required to support the next phase of growth, while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture that has underpinned the success of the brand to date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all finance, reporting, forecasting, compliance and governance activities
- Drive cash flow management, working capital optimisation and funding requirements
- Build scalable systems, processes and reporting frameworks across finance and operations
- Improve visibility and control across inventory, supply chain and fulfilment activities
- Partner with sales and operations teams to improve commercial and operational performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
- Manage trade spend, promotional planning and profitability analysis
- Support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and long-term value creation
- CA or CPA qualified with significant senior finance leadership experience
- Proven experience within FMCG, consumer products, retail or related sectors
- Strong understanding of trade spend, retailer relationships and customer profitability
- Experience leading operational improvement, systems implementation or supply chain initiatives
- Strong cash flow, forecasting and working capital management capability
- Experience operating within high-growth businesses
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to build and improve processes from the ground up
