Role Summary
Reporting to the Co-Founder, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the financial, commercial and strategic direction of the business.
This is far more than a traditional finance leadership role.
The successful candidate will build and lead the finance function, establish the systems and reporting infrastructure required to support growth, and partner closely with the founders on strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives.
Operating within a fast-paced consumer products environment, the CFO will play a critical role in improving forecasting, strengthening cash flow management, enhancing commercial visibility and supporting the business as it continues to expand both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all finance, reporting, compliance and governance activities across the business
- Build scalable finance systems, processes and reporting frameworks to support growth
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning
- Take ownership of cash flow, working capital and funding requirements
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, commercial performance and growth initiatives
- Develop meaningful reporting and dashboards to improve business visibility and decision-making
- Support retailer negotiations, promotional planning and profitability analysis
- Manage banking, external advisors and key stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to future value creation, strategic opportunities and long-term growth planning
- CA or CPA qualified with significant senior finance leadership experience
- Proven experience within FMCG, consumer products, retail, beauty or personal care environments
- Strong understanding of trade spend, promotions, rebates and customer profitability
- Experience scaling high-growth businesses through periods of change and complexity
- Strong cash flow, forecasting and working capital management capability
- Experience partnering closely with founders, executives and key stakeholders
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to build and improve processes from the ground up
