My client is a leading global consultancy, and we are looking for Operations Support Engineer to support an urgent public sector project on a 12-month contract.
Requirements:
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working
within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.

Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years of experience as an Operations Support Engineer or similar IT role.
- Skilled in incident and change management using ITSM tools such as AWS Quick, Zendesk, or ServiceDesk.
- Track record in implementing full stack monitoring with APM tools and cloud-native options like CloudWatch.
- Strong capability in managing cloud infrastructure and services with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
- Proficiency in AWS ecosystem services and AI application development, including RAG, workflow automation, tool calling, and data lakes (highly advantageous).
- Demonstrated problem-solving and communication strengths with ability to collaborate across teams.
