What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for data pipelines, integrations, and applications supporting clinical insights.
- Drive automation testing efforts, utilize exploratory testing techniques, and ensure thorough validation of platform capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and product owners across remote locations.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and technical strategy discussions in a Scrum environment.
- Continuously learn new technologies and improve testing practices to elevate data quality standards and promote process efficiencies.
- Document, communicate, and analyze test results and metrics to inform decision-making and risk assessments.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of automation testing experience, with proficiency in Python.
- Strong SQL skills, including creating and maintaining test data and environments.
- Experience designing and executing test plans that ensure conformance to technical and business requirements.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools, including Github and Github Actions.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Knowledge of data quality, system, user interface, and integration testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess risk and communicate findings effectively.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Exposure to Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Data Science platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams.
- Familiarity with Data Lake architecture, Data Pipelines, and Data Science workflows.
- Experience with other programming languages or automation tools.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data quality assurance, testing, or related roles.
- Prior experience working remotely in distributed teams.

- This is a remote position aligned with EST hours.
