These roles support food service operations, onsite café and kitchen environments, offering a variety of shifts and work settings. SWP are building a talent pool for kitchen and food service positions. Duties can include:
- Preparing, cooking and plating meals to required standards
- Assisting with food prep, including chopping, batching and portioning
- Preparing patient meals in line with dietary requirements
- Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Supporting stock control, rotation and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with café service, POS operation and basic food service
- Delivering efficient, friendly service in a fast‑paced environment
To Be Successful, You Will Bring
- Experience in food handling, kitchen or hospitality service
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Knowledge of safe manual handling and workplace procedures
- Reliability, flexibility and a team‑focused attitude
