Rem and Reward Specialist

Shape reward strategy while staying close to the detail.
We're seeking a Remuneration & Reward Specialist to help evolve reward frameworks, job architecture and classification practices. This role offers a genuine blend of strategic and operational work, giving you the opportunity to influence future direction while remaining hands-on with job evaluation and advisory support. 

Reporting into a senior People & Culture leader, you will:

• Support the ongoing evolution of remuneration, reward and job architecture frameworks. 
• Conduct job evaluations, classifications and role reviews.
• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on remuneration and classification matters. 
• Contribute to pay equity, governance and workforce-related initiatives. 
• Provide analysis and insights to support workforce and reward decisions.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in remuneration, reward, job classification. 
• Strong job evaluation experience and knowledge of classification methodologies.
• The ability to explain complex remuneration concepts to non-specialist stakeholders. 
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Experience operating in a complex or matrixed environment.
