Reporting to the Zone MD, this is a high-visibility regional role with ownership for business performance, market development, and distributor partnerships across the region.
Based in the Singapore regional hub, this role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in luxury beauty, regional distributor management, forecasting, market planning, and brand execution across indirect, distributor, franchisee markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead distributor partners across Southeast Asia and Oceania to drive sales growth, market performance, and stronger execution
- Own forecasting, annual planning, business reviews, and follow-through actions across assigned markets
- Partner distributors on launches, assortment, pricing, visibility, and retail activation
- Uphold luxury brand standards across distributor-led retail environments
- Align regional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and finance
Key requirements
- Luxury beauty experience is essential
- Regional experience across distributor, agent, or indirect market models
- Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, planning, and performance management
- Able to influence senior partners and regional stakeholders with credibility
- Agile, hands-on, and comfortable operating across multicultural markets
