Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is essential in supporting both client delivery and internal operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and visitors
- Support tax return finalisation, including documentation, signatures, and lodgements
- Process ABN/TFN applications and coordinate ASIC registrations and company setups
- Manage client compliance obligations and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate team workflow meetings and track actions and deadlines
- Manage calendars and scheduling for Managers
- Maintain production systems, update task statuses, and generate performance reports
- Process timesheets and assist with monthly productivity and billing reporting
- Oversee administrative operations including correspondence, document preparation, and database management
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong administrative background within a professional services environment and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook essential)
- Xero experience is essential
- Experience with Karbon and Now Infinity (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
