About the Role:

As a DX Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing digital transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on AI and other advanced technologies. Your role will involve defining business requirements, optimizing processes, and developing system plans. You may also be assigned to support the DX promotion department as needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and promote digital transformation (DX) strategies.
  • Define and optimize business requirements.
  • Evaluate solutions and develop system implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive digital transformation projects.


Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, developing, and operating web services or IT products, or deriving system requirements from business needs.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and proposing improvement measures.
  • At least 3 years of experience in driving business transformation projects as a consultant or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Japanese (native level) with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholders.
  • Strong logical and hypothesis-driven thinking skills.
