A leading Victorian organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its People & Culture team on an immediate‑start 3‑month contract. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice across workforce planning, performance, capability and organisational development
- Partner with leaders to support change initiatives, restructures and workforce transitions
- Manage complex employee relations matters within an EBA/governed environment
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent initiatives across assigned portfolios
- Lead and contribute to People & Culture projects aligned to organisational priorities
- Coach leaders to build capability and embed contemporary HR practice
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and industrial instruments
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Strong capability in employee relations, coaching and stakeholder management
- Experience in health, government or other highly regulated/EBA environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes
- Collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Confident working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams
- 3‑month contract
