This role will allow you to work closely with experienced employment partners on meaningful disputes work, without being siloed. This role offers direct client exposure, varied files and the chance to sharpen both advocacy and advisory skills. You will step into a steady flow of work across disputes and advisory, with support where needed and space to take ownership as you progress.
You will work alongside senior lawyers on employment disputes while also handling advisory matters across a diverse client base. The work includes advocacy, personal grievances and day to day employment advice.

You will be a New Zealand qualified and admitted lawyer with 4+ years PQE and employment law exposure. You will be comfortable with both disputes and advisory work. You will have strong drafting skills and be a confident and clear communicator, who is able to manage competing priorities independently.
