About the opportunity
Our enterprise client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its in-house IT delivery function. This team is engaged by business areas across the department to run programs, projects and technical work packages, so you will take work from Start Up through to Closing under a well established PRINCE2 framework, with Agile delivery in the mix.

The focus is data: enterprise data platforms, integration and analytics, working alongside modern warehousing technology. It is a role for someone who likes clear governance, a structured board, and genuine accountability for scope, schedule, quality and budget.

The role
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and budget to deliver agreed outcomes on time
  • Produce PRINCE2 project documentation, schedules and status reporting for Project Boards and senior stakeholders
  • Manage risks, issues, change requests and priorities, keeping governance and assurance in place
  • Develop communication, change management and benefits realisation plans where required
  • Lead and support the project team and manage resource allocations
What you'll bring
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory)
  • Proven delivery of enterprise data platform, data management, data integration or data analytics projects
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across executives, board members, users and suppliers
  • Track record of delivering to agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget baselines
Desirable: awareness of Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks, plus varied public and private sector experience.
