About the role:
You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing activity, ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance across all channels.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll translate business objectives into strategic marketing plans and data-driven campaigns that deliver tangible results. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager who can quickly embed, assess current activity, and drive improvements within a defined timeframe.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and target audiences.
* Lead brand management initiatives to strengthen positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
* Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and content-led activity.
* Oversee digital marketing activity (website, email, PPC, SEO, paid social) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Manage content marketing calendars, ensuring timely creation and distribution of high-quality, on-brand content.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools, producing clear reports and recommendations.
* Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in a marketing manager role, with responsibility for end-to-end campaign delivery.
* Strong track record in strategic marketing planning and execution within a commercial or B2B/B2C environment.
* Demonstrable experience in brand management, including maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and messaging.
* Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
* Confident using data analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
* Solid project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with a commitment to 2 days per week in London.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or agency-style environment.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques.
* Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, IDM) preferred.
