Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
- Ensure high standards of clinical governance, care delivery and resident wellbeing
- Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
- Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Previous Aged Care Management experience
- Commissioning experience desirable yet not essential
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
- Proven leadership, operational and financial management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality resident-centred care
