Machine Operator

Nesco Resource is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Monitor equipment throughout the production process to ensure proper operation.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns.
• Follow work orders, production specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator, production, textile, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be willing to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
