Position Summary

We are hiring experienced Cherry Picker Operators to join our distribution center team in Garland, TX. This position is responsible for operating a cherry picker forklift to accurately pick customer orders from elevated rack locations, replenish inventory, and support shipping operations. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a cherry picker forklift to retrieve products from elevated storage locations.
Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner or warehouse management system.
Replenish inventory and stock product as needed.
Build, palletize, wrap, and label customer orders for shipment.
Verify product quantities and maintain inventory accuracy.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and productivity standards.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 1 year of recent cherry picker operating experience.
Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.
Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at elevated heights for extended periods while operating a cherry picker.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
Work Environment

This position is performed in a busy distribution center where employees should be comfortable working in the following conditions:

Fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity goals.
Moderate to high noise levels from warehouse equipment.
Frequent operation of powered industrial equipment.
Continuous standing, lifting, and material handling.
Temperature fluctuations depending on seasonal warehouse conditions.

Schedule & Pay:
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until finish
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
