Director of Talent Acquisition

Southern California (Los Angeles to San Diego) | Target Base Salary: $145–175K + Bonus + Full Benefits + 401(k)


We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling energy/infrastructure technology manufacturer entering a major growth phase tied to manufacturing scale-up and commercialization. The company is building the recruiting infrastructure and leadership capability required to support aggressive expansion across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and technical functions.


Seeking a hands-on Industrial B2B ManufacturingTalent Acquisition leader who can build process, recruiting capability, and talent pipelines while operating as a strategic partner to executive leadership.


What You’ll Own

  • Talent acquisition strategy during rapid growth
  • Technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations recruiting
  • Recruiting process and infrastructure build-out
  • Workforce planning and talent market strategy
  • Executive partnership and hiring manager alignment


Background We’re Targeting

  • 10–15+ years in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial technology, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, automotive-adjacent, or technical environments
  • Strong technical and engineering recruiting capability
  • Experience supporting organizational scale-up and operational growth
  • Hands-on recruiting leadership style

Best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where recruiting directly impacts operational scale-up.
