Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join a busy construction team delivering multiple industrial projects across the Southside of Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast.
This is a great opportunity for a Foreman who enjoys being hands-on, managing site operations and working across multiple projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across a number of industrial builds, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across a number of industrial builds, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day site activities across industrial construction projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site crews.
- Coordinating tilt-panel deliveries, installation and associated structural works.
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and program requirements.
- Managing site sequencing and ensuring trades are working efficiently.
- Monitoring quality, safety and productivity across the site.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- Working closely with Site and Project Managers to maintain program.
- Assisting with materials, deliveries, plant and site logistics.
- Identifying and resolving issues on site as they arise.
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Travelling between projects across Southside Brisbane and the Northern Gold Coast as required.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman with:
- Proven experience working on industrial or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structures and tilt-panel construction.
- Previous experience coordinating structural trades and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong WHS and quality awareness.
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
- A current White Card.
- Driver’s license and reliable transport, with the ability to travel between projects.
