What the job entails

As Senior Solutions Engineer, you will provide customer-facing pre-sales engineering support across the APAC and UK regions, working with law enforcement agencies, intelligence communities, and communications service providers. You will translate complex mission requirements into scalable, deployable solutions across lawful intercept, location intelligence, data collection, analytics, and visualization.

You will lead technical discovery, architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses. Working closely with sales, product, delivery, and partner teams, you will shape customer architectures, present solutions to technical and executive audiences, and support successful implementation. You will also provide market and customer feedback to product management. This is a permanent, remote role.

Key requirements / What we look for

  • 7+ years in solutions engineering, systems engineering, sales engineering, network engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of 3G, 4G LTE/EPC, 5G Core, IMS, VoLTE, VoIP, IP networking, lawful intercept, and data collection.
  • Experience with LEA, intelligence, or telecommunications customers and mission-critical systems.
  • Proven technical sales, proposal, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Experience with virtualization or cloud-native environments; big data, AI/ML, and cloud expertise are advantageous.
