We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a large-scale iron ore processing operation in the Pilbara. Working closely with operations and technical teams, you will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse plant performance data
- Identify opportunities to improve throughput, recovery and efficiency
- Investigate process issues and implement practical solutions
- Support plant improvement projects and operational trials
- Generate production and performance reports
- Work closely with operations, maintenance and laboratory teams
- Degree qualified in Metallurgical, Chemical or Process Engineering
- Previous experience in mineral processing, mining or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of plant operations and process optimisation
- Ability to analyse data and drive operational improvements
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- FIFO or site-based operational experience preferred
- FIFO Perth/Busselton/Karratha on an 8/6 roster
- Long-term contract opportunity
