About the role
The Workforce Coordinator plays a significant role in delivering fair and efficient workforce operations. This position coordinates rostering, scheduling, and employee relations to ensure effective workforce deployment during events and daily operations.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end rostering and scheduling for permanent, casual, and event-based teams
  • Act as the first escalation point for roster issues and operational adjustments
  • Lead day-to-day operations in the Workforce Management system, ensuring data integrity
  • Provide frontline support in resolving employee relations issues and supporting performance conversations
  • Support the development of large-scale event workforce schedules and operational coordination during events
  • Contribute to key workforce projects and assist with recruitment cycles.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in rostering and workforce management, particularly within a casual workforce
  • Strong capability in employee relations and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational processes and manage compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with Humanforce or similar workforce management systems is preferred.
