We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to join a major HR transformation program.
About the Role:
You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a new Workday solution.

You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a new Workday solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping Level 4 and Level 5 business processes
- Leading requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Working with architects and vendors to develop solutions
- Identifying gaps between business requirements and proposed solutions
- Supporting testing, UAT and implementation
- Maintaining requirements traceability through delivery
- Supporting go-live and hypercare activities
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Workday HCM experience
- Strong BPMN process mapping skills
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience with system integrations and technical requirements
- Experience supporting UAT and implementation
- Circa $950 p/d
- Intial 6-month contract (good chance of extensions)
- Nearby Perth CBD location
- 3-4 days p/w in office
