The Role Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple residential builds from site start through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Delivering quality volume homes safely, on time and within budget
✔ Coordinating and managing trades, suppliers and deliveries
✔ Scheduling works and maintaining project timelines
✔ Conducting quality inspections throughout construction
✔ Managing site safety, cleanliness and compliance requirements
✔ Ensuring company construction standards are consistently achieved
✔ Updating construction management software and site documentation
✔ Working collaboratively with the Construction Manager and wider team

About You Essential Requirements

• QBCC Building Supervisor Licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
• White Card
• Trade or construction background, preferably Carpentry.
• Current Driver's Licence

To Be Successful, You'll Have

• Experience supervising quality volume residential builds
• A proven track record managing multiple trades and construction projects
• Strong scheduling, planning and organisational skills
• An exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• The ability to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience with construction management software (Onsite Companion highly regarded)
