About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll bring structure, energy, and creativity to a fast-moving environment. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to reach both personal and business goals
  • Managing store operations, visual presentation, and stock flow with precision and flair
  • Building a strong culture of collaboration, positivity, and professionalism
About You You’re a confident, motivated, and people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You love connecting with customers, mentoring your team, and taking pride in every detail of your store’s presentation.
  • Previous experience in high-volume retail or hospitality management
  • Proven ability to manage stock, rosters, and store operations
  • Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling
  • Energetic, adaptable, and ready to lead one of WA’s busiest fashion locations
