Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.
- Recruitment or client-facing sales experience (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player.
- A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
