Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 DOE
Professional Experience
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to preconstruction, Construction, Estimating, and executive leadership teams.
- Manage daily administrative functions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate estimating operations, including bid opportunities, bid schedules, proposal documentation, and submission requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and track complete bid packages, addendums, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Review bid documents and requirements to verify compliance with client instructions, deadlines, and submission standards.
- Maintain estimating schedules in Outlook and internal tracking systems while monitoring active projects for revisions and addendums.
- Coordinate bid bond and insurance review requests with external agents and monitor progress through completion.
- Prepare and maintain company pre-qualification packages for federal, state, safety, industrial, and private-sector clients.
- Manage confidential documentation and executive-level information while maintaining discretion and protecting company interests.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for estimating, construction, and operational documentation.
- Create, update, and revise company forms, templates, and administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Project Management, Construction Administration, and Estimating teams, to provide consistent operational support.
- Provide additional administrative assistance during peak workload periods to support company objectives.
