Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing supplier onboarding processes, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ability to review and verify completeness and correctness of onboarding requests
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows
  • Solid understanding of procurement policies, supplier documentation, and compliance standards
  • Ability to identify duplicate or conflicting supplier records and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong organizational skills to track requests, manage aging items, and ensure timely completion

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience working with Zip or similar supplier onboarding platforms
  • Knowledge of banking, tax, and legal documentation requirements
  • Experience in process optimization and implementing scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with data management and validation tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in supplier onboarding, data management, or procurement support roles

  • This position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and remote)
  • W2 employment only; C2C is not applicable
  • Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe
