Position Details
- Contract dates: 28 December 2026 to 4 April 2027. Shorter appointments will also be considered.
- Working hours: Up to 76 hours per fortnight.
- Employment arrangements: Full-time staff specialist appointment, with part-time and fractional arrangements considered.
- Classification: Specialist Year 1–9, depending on experience.
- Full-time hourly salary: AUD $132.64–$182.38, excluding superannuation.
- Part-time hourly salary: AUD $160.20–$221.19, excluding superannuation.

- Delivering specialist obstetric and gynaecological assessment, treatment and ongoing care.
- Supporting safe, effective and patient-centred clinical practice.
- Supervising and training junior medical staff.
- Contributing to teaching within obstetrics, gynaecology and relevant clinical services.
- Collaborating with medical, midwifery, nursing and allied health colleagues.
