About the Position.

As a Bid Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the business through the tender and pre-construction process. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, project teams and senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate submissions, research opportunities and help ensure tenders are delivered to a high standard and within deadline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in bids, marketing or pre-construction, with plenty of exposure to major commercial projects and experienced industry professionals.

Duties.

• Coordinate tender and EOI submissions from start to finish
• Develop and manage bid action plans and submission timelines
• Research clients, projects and upcoming opportunities
• Draft and edit executive summaries and tender content
• Maintain company capability statements, project profiles and bid documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve the bid process and quality of submissions
• Work closely with internal teams to gather project and company information
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives as required

Skills & Experience.

• Experience in bid coordination, graphic design, communications or a similar role
• Strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident working with a range of internal stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not essential
