Recruitment Consultant - Architecture & Design

Aspect is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Architecture & Design team.

Working closely with our Manager of Architecture & Design, you’ll step into a specialist market with established clients, active conversations, strong brand recognition and the support of a business that has been built over the last 15 years.

You’ll manage a 360º desk with the freedom to bring your own style, backed by an established brand, strong leadership, modern systems, dedicated business development support and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.

About You

You’re an experienced agency recruiter who knows how to manage a desk properly.
You understand that recruitment is about more than filling jobs. It’s about knowing your market, earning trust, creating opportunities and delivering a level of service that keeps clients and candidates coming back.

You’ll bring:

• A strong track record in agency recruitment, ideally within Architecture, Design, Property, Construction, Engineering or another technical professional market
• Confidence running a 360º desk, including business development, account management, candidate engagement and offer negotiation
• The ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and high-quality candidates
• A commercial mindset, strong personal drive and pride in delivering excellent service
• A collaborative approach and the desire to contribute to a successful, supportive team culture
