Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community running smoothly and looking its best. If you have general maintenance skills and a strong work ethic, this role is a perfect fit for you, as you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are comfortable and our properties are in top condition!

What You’ll Do:

-Daily Maintenance: Handle day-to-day maintenance requests and repairs efficiently to keep our community thriving.
-Enhance Curb Appeal: Assist with grounds upkeep and help maintain the exterior to create a welcoming environment.
-Prepare for Move-Ins: Get apartments ready for new residents, including performing basic repairs and cleaning to ensure a polished path to their new home.
-Inventory Management: Keep track of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies to support smooth operations.
-Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work environment because safety and efficiency go hand in hand.
-Diverse Tasks: Perform minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks, showcasing your versatile skill set.
-Appliance Installation: Install and maintain appliances as needed to ensure everything is functioning perfectly.

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a residential or property management setting is required.
-Technical Knowledge: A general knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and painting techniques to tackle a variety of tasks.
-Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
-Tools of the Trade: Must have your own basic hand tools to get the job done right.
-Reliable Transportation: You need dependable transportation to ensure you can get to work without a hitch.
-Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday to support our maintenance operations.
