Service Consultant - Residential Homes

A leading WA residential builder is seeking a Service Consultant to join their busy service and maintenance team.

This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating repairs, supporting homeowners and keeping work moving across multiple jobs at once. You’ll be part of a well‑structured team environment with modern facilities, clear processes and ongoing development opportunities.

Working alongside the Service Manager, you’ll coordinate maintenance and remediation matters, manage homeowner communication and ensure inspections, trade attendance and documentation are completed accurately. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and remediation tasks
• Manage homeowner enquiries and provide clear progress updates
• Arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade works
• Liaise with internal teams, supervisors and trade partners
• Maintain accurate records and upload invoices, quotes and reports
• Monitor outstanding actions and escalate complex matters when needed
• Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
• Provide general service and administrative support

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in customer service, client liaison or a similar role
• Background in residential construction or the building industry
• Exposure to insurance, maintenance or remediation work (advantageous)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and solid computer literacy
• Ability to manage competing priorities
