WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND BUILD 

• Lead and optimise the company’s e-commerce and digital performance strategy across Shopify and omni-channel platforms.
• Manage and challenge external agencies across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and organic traffic performance.
• Analyse digital KPIs including ROAS, conversion, traffic and customer acquisition to drive growth and profitability.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools and performance insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with local and international stakeholders to support website optimisation, customer experience and broader ANZ growth initiatives.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED?

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital performance roles.
• Strong experience across Shopify, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms and digital analytics.
• Proven ability managing external agencies, budgets and performance across multiple digital channels.
• Commercially minded with strong reporting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must have full unrestricted working rights for Australia and be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week in Bondi.
