Employee Experience Specialist (Onboarding & Events)

18-Month Contract

We're partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a Employee Experience Specialist to join their People team on an 18-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable employee experiences, coordinating events, and engaging with stakeholders across a global business. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding journey, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, supported and set up for success from day one.

Working with teams across APAC, the wider Asia region and occasionally the US, you'll need to be highly organised, proactive and confident building relationships with stakeholders in different locations and time zones.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and deliver engaging virtual and in-person onboarding programs for new employees.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics for onboarding events, including registrations, communications and event coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and create a welcoming, engaging experience for new starters.
• Manage onboarding communications from offer acceptance through to employees' first year.
• Partner with presenters and internal stakeholders to coordinate content and ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Maintain onboarding communities and respond to new hire questions in a timely manner.
• Update onboarding resources, calendars and presentation materials.
• Work closely with the wider People team to continuously improve the new hire experience.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance the onboarding journey.

• Experience coordinating corporate events, training sessions or onboarding programs.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A positive, energetic and approachable personality.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple moving pieces.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Experience using event management or communication platforms is highly regarded.
