Theo James is delighted to be supporting a growing, multi-faceted and market leading manufacturer business in their search for a Head of Finance to join their team.

 

Skills & Requirements of a Head of Finance:

  • Recognised qualification in Accounting/ Finance (e.g., Full CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
  • Strong management accountancy background.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise busy workload, as well as identify and make improvements of existing processes.
  • Excellent IT skills with a practical understanding of Microsoft packages.
  • Strong leadership skills.

 

Role of a Head of Finance:

This opportunity will be an integral part of the new Senior Management team in an exciting phase of growth. The Head of Finance will be required to work closely with the Managing Director as part of the Senior Management Team and will be key in supporting and driving development of the business, providing financial business planning, insight and support on key business decisions. The Head of Finance will be tasked with leading a team and managing their workloads.
