Dermatology Nurse Practitioner - Rochester, NY | Up to $20K Sign-On

Seeking BE/BC Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join an established specialty practice in NY, Rochester. This full-time opportunity combines patient-focused care with clinical and operational support from an experienced specialty group.

Position Highlights

• Provide general, surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients across age groups.
• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses and develop individualized dermatologic treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications within the scope of practice and monitor treatment response.
• Communicate progress and treatment recommendations with patients and the clinical team.
• Cosmetic training is available for interested providers.
• Work alongside clinical colleagues and support staff in a professional, patient-focused setting.
• Maintain working knowledge and application of HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

• Full-time opportunity.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $125,000-150,000+.
• Eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.
• Signing bonus up to $20,000 for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• 1–2 years of professional dermatology experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Interest in collaborative specialty care and ongoing professional growth.
