• Working on varied Private Client matters - Advising individuals and families on wills, powers of attorney, executries, estate and succession planning, trusts, inheritance tax and wider Private Client matters.

• We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about developing a successful long-term career in Private Client law.

You'll bring:

• A qualification as a Scottish solicitor with a minimum of one year's PQE in Private Client work.
• Experience across areas such as wills, powers of attorney, executries, estate planning, trusts and inheritance tax.
• A genuine interest in developing your technical Private Client expertise.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and providing clear, practical and sensitive advice.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload and competing priorities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team.
