A rare opportunity has arisen for an NQ to 2.5 PQE Associate to join the London office of a leading international law firm within its highly regarded Financial Services Regulatory team.
The role will involve advising financial institutions, investment managers, banks, and other regulated businesses on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters, including CRR/CRD, MiFID II, SMCR, MAR, EMIR, SSR, CSRD, PSD2, AIFMD, and related UK and European regulatory regimes. You will have the opportunity to advise on complex regulatory issues, new legislation and regulatory change, authorisations, governance, conduct of business, and the application of financial services regulation to sophisticated transactions and products.
