Quality Control

The Quality Control (QC) Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Quality Control and Production teams. This role requires strong computer proficiency, excellent written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will assist with quality documentation, communicate professionally with customers, and support daily production and quality operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Quality Control and Production departments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Communicate professionally with customers via email, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and email etiquette.
• Enter and maintain accurate data using company computer systems.
• Assist with inspections, documentation, and quality-related administrative tasks.
• Support production operations as needed.
• Travel between buildings to support daily operational needs.
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
