About the role
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant business improvement initiative within the Business Transformation and Effectiveness team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will focus on reviewing, mapping, and enhancing internal corporate business processes, ensuring that the organisation operates efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end current-state process mapping across corporate functions
- Analyse workflows, data flows, and business rules
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the transition to improved future-state processes
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate outcomes
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in corporate business process analysis, with a focus on non-IT environments
- Strong capability in process mapping and process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work within internal corporate settings and engage stakeholders effectively
- Highly desirable: Experience in procurement or commercial processes and exposure to process mapping tools
