Following the award of a major commercial project, FRS Recruitment are seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality office interior projects across Dublin. Experienced Site Managers with a proven background delivering commercial fit-out projects will also be considered.

The successful candidate will initially oversee a 70,000+ sq. metre office development in South Dublin, beginning with enabling and demolition works before progressing through a full CAT A office fit-out, followed by extensive CAT B fit-out phases. The project is expected to run for 10+ months, with further commercial projects already secured within the surrounding area, offering excellent long-term career stability.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager, client representatives and design teams, you will take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the project from demolition through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme milestones
  • Ensure CAT A and CAT B works are delivered to a high standard
  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance across all site activities
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing and daily operations
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management
  • Drive successful project delivery through to handover

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience within the Irish/UK Construction Industry
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager
  • Strong commercial office fit-out project experience
  • Experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs
  • Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Full Irish driving licence
