About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server solutions, including advanced queries and stored procedures
- Build and support ETL processes for data processing and integration
- Design and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse structures across systems
- Support cloud-based data engineering initiatives using Azure services and DevOps practices
- Assist with data visualization and reporting support for business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SQL Server development and data engineering
- Experience with Python for data processing, automation, or scripting
- Experience with ETL development, maintenance, and optimization
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, including star schema and fact/dimension tables
- Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure fundamentals
- Experience with data mapping and independently extracting, querying, and structuring data
- Experience with data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms
- Experience working in financial services
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with lending or loan systems
- Experience with Loan IQ
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
