Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our client, a rapidly growing advertising company. This key leadership role involves overseeing technical personnel, developing and executing technology strategies, and driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

About the Role:

The CTO will be responsible for planning and implementing the company's overall technology strategy. This includes incorporating the latest technologies into products, verifying their implementation, and designing product architecture. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, foster a tech-driven culture, and work closely with the management team to align technology investments with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Oversee technical personnel including Application Specialists, Senior Architects, and Tech Leads.
• Technology Strategy: Develop, promote, and execute comprehensive technology strategies.
• Innovation and Implementation: Investigate new technologies, make implementation decisions, and integrate them into products.
• Technical Roadmap: Create and manage a technology roadmap in line with management policies, focusing on investment in technology and infrastructure.
• Technical Development: Foster the growth of Tech Leads and enhance the overall technology level within R&D.
• Cultural Leadership: Embody and promote a culture centered on technological excellence.

Requirements:

• Management Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of discussing policies with management and driving technology initiatives forward.
• Architectural Design: Expertise in architectural design, ideally at a senior architect level.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in areas such as DBA, networking, SRE, security, AI, and marketing.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Creative problem-solving abilities with the capability to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Team Building: Proven track record in team building and project management.
• Professionalism and Determination: Passion and determination to compete on a global scale, with a strong will and professionalism.
