A well-established, physician-owned private practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care with minimal call
- 4-day clinical workweek for excellent work-life balance
- Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
- Established patient base from day one
- Modern office space with efficient clinical workflows
- Epic EMR with ambient listening technology
- Physician-owned practice with local partner leadership and no private equity involvement
- Partnership track with opportunity for equity after 2 years
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200K–$250K base salary, plus bonus eligibility
- Sign-on bonus
- Productivity-based bonus structure
