Our client, a well-established supplier of advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support continued growth across Ireland.

This is a consultative sales role focused on helping engineering and manufacturing customers identify the right technical solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.

The Role

  • Develop and grow relationships with manufacturing and engineering customers across Ireland.
  • Generate new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand production challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order placement.
  • Collaborate with technical and applications teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify opportunities for long-term growth.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, automation, CNC, tooling, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial mindset and interest in developing business opportunities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own customer portfolio.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
