Key Responsibilities
- Help plan daily workshop activities and priorities
- Allocate tasks and follow jobs through to completion
- Provide practical support and direction to workshop employees
- Monitor quality, output and delivery timeframes
- Ensure drawings and job requirements are followed
- Promote safe work practices and good housekeeping
- Assist with equipment and production issues
- Keep simple production records and communicate progress
This role will suit a reliable manufacturing or fabrication professional with some experience guiding others and an interest in developing their supervisory skills.
